UNIVERSITY VERSUS LUCRATIVE CAREERS
For a well paid and many-perk career, it is better to become a professional government slave and murderer; that is, join a branch of the Armed Forces and go on killing and destruction rampages whenever politicians’ orders come. If you are lucky not to be killed by fighting with the ‘enemy’ your government chose for you, your salary goes up. If you kill more than others you receive career promotion, salary increase, medals and other condecorations. If you cause untold damage to humanity and Nature you’re called a hero. If you are business orientated you can then enter politics. Militarism and Politics combined guarantee you a affluent future.
This is the world we live in. If you kill one person you know, out of rage, out of jealousy, because they raped your 8-year old child, ransacked you home, etc, you are a criminal, the Police arrests you, you go to Court and end up in prison. However, if you kill 1,000 innocent people you’ve never met in your life, if you bomb and destroy 200 houses, kill their innocent occupants, – children included – pollute land, sea and air, you can one day be the Prime Minister or President of your country, and very wealthy.
