Record Conflicts Drive Peace to Historic Low NOT as AI Warfare Surges. War has being ‘surging’ steadily for decades, long before AI arrived. Same as WWII had more sophisticated arsenals than WWI, WWIII must have more sophisticated killing toys than WWII.
The real ‘surge’, though, is in mass ignorance and passivity, due to the surge of BRAINWASHING strategies used by governments, to make the masses believe that the world needs Armed Forces. So well brainwashed people are, that they believe we spend billions and increase our debts by training military personnel in the Art of fighting, torturing, killing, destroying, polluting land, sea and air and dying, to create a better world.
More irrationality I cannot imagine.
